Datalink Commercial Services has a strong commitment to regulatory compliance and risk management, health and safety management and quality inspections procedures.

Development and management of our compliance program ensures all agents are licensed and comply with the appropriate insurances requirements.

On going training is conducted in all areas including The Privacy Act 1988, The Trades Practices Act 1974 (Section 60), ACCC and ASIC Guidelines with respect to Debt Collection, Commercial Agents and Private Inquiry Agents Act 2004.

Integrity of Information:
Datalink Commercial Services ensures that information provided by clients in relation to individual debts is maintained in-house and that no external access is provided to our computer files or hardcopy.

The Datalink Commercial Services Privacy Policy has been developed as an extension of our commitment to combine the finest quality services with the highest level of integrity in dealing with our customers. The Policy guides how we collect store and use information about customers and prospects, and it will be periodically assessed against new technologies, business practices and our customers' changing needs.

Datalink Commercial Services adheres to the principles set out in the Privacy Act with all recovery processes initiated on behalf of clients.
